Andrew Aquilante

Andrew began racing at age 9 in Quarter midgets in Pennsylvania, taking his first of many wins in ’97. Was the ’04 SCCA T-1 NEDIV Divisional Champion, as well as NEDIV Rookie of the Year and top 10 at the SCCA Runoffs.From ’05 thru ’07 repeated as NEDIV T-1 champion, won the Runoffs and the SCCA President’s Cup in ’07, as well as running select ST class races in Continental Tire Series. Was second in ’Grand Am 09 ST class,  From ’10 through ’12 was lead driver with the Subaru Road Racing Team in the GS class, winning at NJMP in ’11 and accumulating several top 10 finishes. Runoffs T-2 pole in ’11; poles and national championships in both GT2 and T-1 in ’2013 and 2014. In 2015 switched to Pirelli World Challenge finishing runner up in the GTS class.  Won the 2017 Opening races at St Petersburg GP IN GTS class.

— 20 Runoffs Poles (2nd in all time List)

Andrew Aquilante has won six SCCA National Championships in GT2.
