Compiling his MGA competition history makes me pose the question: did any driver, even a works driver, compete in more different MGAs in period than Sherm? I suspect not!” – Edward Vandyk. Sherman joined the faculty of State University New York, Delhi 1969. Guided the development of the automotive technology program. A dedicated and beloved Professor for 18 years. Was awarded the Chancellor’s award for excellence in teaching 1975.
